About our Coaching
Firstly,we believe that training should be fun! We want all our athletes to love the process of training and working towards their goals. Building relationships with our athletes is so important so weekly video catch-ups and day to day messaging are a key part of the process.
We are all different, so the first part of the coaching journey is to understand you. Whether you’re wanting to run your first 5km, get into fell running, get out and explore your local trails or train for any other type of adventure.
We will create a practical training plan and help you mould it around your life and commitments. The plan will have a long term view and generally be split up into blocks depending on what you goals are.
We can support you with the knowledge and experience to help you achieve your goals successfully whilst keeping you motivated along the way.

Athlete Weekly Plan & Long Term Overview – A detailed week by week training plan designed around you and delivered online through Final Surge as well as a long term overview showing how your training will progress over the months ahead. All this with flexibility in mind as we know that life can get in the way.
Coaching Support – Our coaching is so much more than the weekly plan and session. Our aim is to develop meaningful relationships with our athletes and to be able to support them in their journey. We keep in regular contact with our athletes via video catch-ups and through Final Surge.
Price – £40 Per Month
